KWOH is a co-ed field hockey club consisting of both house league and competitive teams. Our house league program is for boys and girls U9, U13, U18 and runs April to June.  June through August we offer a skills development program alongside our competitive team programs to encourage athletes that want to improve their skill.

Throughout the summer competitive teams participate in a variety of tournaments and leagues around the province. In October we move inside to the gym and play Indoor Field Hockey. This is a much faster game and allows boys and girls to continue enjoying the sport they love all year long. The Indoor season consists of a league that plays December – March at RIM Park, along with several tournaments.
