KWOH Field Hockey

KWOH is a co-ed field hockey club consisting of both house league and competitive teams. Our house league program is for boys and girls U9 and U11 and female only U13, U15 and  U18.

In the Fall, we offer a weekly Skills program for 12-18 year old girls.

In December, we move inside to the gym and play Indoor Field Hockey. This is a much faster game and allows girls to continue enjoying the sport they love all year long. The Indoor season consists of a league that plays January – March at RIM Park.  This program is for girls Grade 7 and older.
