COVID-19 Update

Due to the current Covid19 Provincial Lockdown, all programming has been put on hold.  We are hopeful that we will be able to offer field hockey experience this Spring and will adjust the program to meet the Covid-19 guidelines as they change throughout the  Spring.

KWOH is extremely fortunate to be able to provide excellent coaching staff. The teams will be coached by Ozias D'Sousa, Laura Mundell, Amy Butler, Laurie Montgomery, Jen Escobar, and Josh Meyer all of who have extensive field hockey playing and coaching experience at the community, university and national level.

As a member of the competitive field hockey team, the expectation from the Club is that this team will be the priority with regards to sports. A commitment to all field hockey practices and other team events is the expectation from the club. The team staff and coaches plan each practice and event expecting full participation. Please consider this expectation prior to accepting a position on this competitive team.

KWOH Field Hockey

KWOH is a co-ed field hockey club consisting of both house league and competitive teams. Our house league program is for boys and girls U9 and U11 and female only U13, U15 and  U18.  Our 2020  house league  program will run from the last week of April to June 20.

In the Fall, we offer a weekly Skills program for 12-18 year old girls.

In November we move inside to the gym and play Indoor Field Hockey. This is a much faster game and allows girls to continue enjoying the sport they love all year long. The Indoor season consists of a league that plays November – March at RIM Park.
